All you really have to do is open up your image into photoshop, which has to have a latin-based font, use the rectangular marquee tool to select the font and go into the tabs, to type and then to match font; there's your options!

FIRST POST OF THE YEARR
Recently, ADOBE UPDATED THEIR SUITE!! Okay, not recently but in 2015. They added a feature that is in already on a whole bunch of websites, font matching from a picture. Although it's already a thing, it's pretty useful to use in Photoshop itself when you're working and are too lazy to go anywhere else.
